this was the first version of the the cover i was asked to do for The Beat magazine here in San Francisco. the editor wanted me to go crazy and wanted something similar to one of my other pieces [link] and so i made up a character and used prominent green since that's what she wanted. i personally dig this one but it's too dark i know.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.
